Independent
We're not affiliated with the seller, the dealer, or a repair shop trying to sell you work. Our only job is to tell you the truth about the vehicle.
Auto Ally isn't a generic mobile mechanic. We represent the buyer during a used-vehicle purchase — independently inspecting the vehicle, investigating its condition, and helping you make an informed decision with someone knowledgeable finally on your side.

You can study the listing, read the history report, and take a careful test drive, and a used vehicle can still be hiding something that only shows up after the money changes hands.
That is not a knock on buyers. Sellers do not always know everything about a vehicle, and a history report can only tell you what has been reported to it.
The honest truth is simple and worth sitting with:buying a used vehicle is genuinely hard, and even experienced buyers can miss things — especially the problems that live underneath the vehicle, inside its computers, or behind a fresh detail.
A vehicle-history report cannot crawl under the truck, scan its modules, or drive it. We can. That gap — between what is reported and what is actually there — is exactly the gap Auto Ally exists to close.
The seller wants to sell the car. The dealer wants to move the unit. Everyone in the room has a stake — except, usually, someone looking out for you. That's the seat we sit in.
We're not affiliated with the seller, the dealer, or a repair shop trying to sell you work. Our only job is to tell you the truth about the vehicle.
Sometimes the verdict is "buy it." Sometimes it's "walk away." We'll tell you either way — including when the most valuable thing we can do is talk you out of a bad one.
You're not hiring someone to check boxes. You're hiring someone who's spent years diagnosing, repairing, and evaluating vehicles — now working on your side of the table.
The experience behind an Auto Ally inspection comes from real work across the automotive world:
We keep it honest: no inflated titles, no invented certifications — just a genuine automotive background applied to protecting your purchase.
Logan Morris
Founder & Inspector · Auto Ally
Logan started Auto Ally to give used-vehicle buyers something they rarely have: an experienced automotive professional on their side of the deal. His background spans hands-on work as a technician, shop foreman, and in service management, along with repair-shop ownership — from general and performance repair to off-road and modified builds, advanced diagnostics, and electrical, wiring, and ECU/module work. When you book an inspection, that's who's looking over the vehicle: not a box-checker, but someone who has spent years diagnosing and repairing the exact problems a used vehicle can hide.
